Lance Hill, Founder and Manager of Hill Concrete Solutions, was born in Pensacola, FL, to a military family but relocated to Texas shortly after birth. Growing up in Kerrville, TX, he played baseball as a teenager before transitioning to landscaping and eventually construction work. Lance joined a concrete company in 2005 and rose to become a foreman, driven by his passion for machinery, which led him to pursue trade school for crane operation. After marrying Gabby, they moved across the country for Lance's job before settling in Titusville, FL. He has been working at KSC since 2016. In 2022, Lance and Gabby built their family home and reignited his interest in concrete. Lance finds fulfillment in hands-on construction, relishing the process of building something tangible and witnessing its completion
Gabby Hill, wife and co-owner of Hill Concrete Solutions, spent much of her childhood in South Africa and the Garden Route area. She began playing golf as a teenager, earning a scholarship to Texas State University, where she met Lance. They married in South Africa in 2013. While Lance introduced her to concrete work in 2022, Gabby's initial exposure to construction was during the building of their home. Despite this, she has actively supported Lance's projects and proudly holds the title of "Dirt Foreman." Together, they have worked to establish a business they both take pride in.
