We are a family-owned and operated business. We have a love for the outdoors, Christ, and our family. We pride ourselves in offering quality concrete work at a fair price while doing what we can to be impactful in our community. We have been dedicated to building a business that is founded on reliability and trust, and now that our family has settled in Brevard County we can make that dream a reality.
Lance Hill
Owner
Lance, Owner and Operator, was born in Pensacola FL to a military family but relocated to Texas shortly after birth. Growing up in Kerrville TX he played baseball as a teenager before transitioning into landscaping and eventually construction work. Lance joined a concrete company in 2005 and worked his way up to foreman. Driven by his passion for machinery he later pursued a career in heavy equipment operation.
After marrying Gabby, they moved across the country for Lance’s job before settling in Titusville in 2016. In 2022, Lance and Gabby built their family home which reignited his interest in concrete. Lance takes pride in creating something tangible with his hands and seeing it come to life.
Gabby Hill
Owner
Gabby spent much of her childhood in South Africa and the Garden Route area. She began playing golf as a teenager earning a scholarship to Texas State University where she graduated with a degree in Accounting. While there she met Lance and they married in South Africa in 2013. Lance introduced her to concrete work in 2022 and they both worked together in the early stages of the business.
Gabby went back to school to pursue a Masters in Accounting. She has moved from concrete work to the “back of the house” and is now responsible for all the financial aspects of the business.
